New Season – New Produce!
As the wedding season is coming around extremely quickly now, for the chef’s at Red Anywhere, it is also a very good time to keep a look out for new seasons produce.
With so many tastings being booked for the summer brides, it is a good chance for the chefs to order small quantities of produce to have a look at the quality,
and gather some new ideas for new menus.
We at Red Anywhere have come across a new Fruit and Veg supplier called Downland Produce who are located just outside Pulborough, West Sussex.
it is fantastic to find new produce which is locally sourced so close to our kitchens in Littlehampton, so far what we have seen has been very promising,
and I am very much looking forward to working with them and using lots of new seasons produce, especially in Summer season!!

    Sounds good. We are always looking for locally sourced produce. Keep us up to date on how they work out.

    Being locally sourced do they only supply seasonally produced, what do you do if a client wants something out of season, can they supply or do you use another supplier
