Great Night at Eastlands

The Red Anywhere team led by Master Chef of Great Britain Dan Clarke catered at Eastland’s Estate near West Chiltington
last saturday for a very special birthday. The evening started with delicious canapes served by the lovey ladies from red anywhere and a glass of Vinatge Moet et Chandon Champagne.

All the guests then sat down and were served with an exquisite 3 course meal that included…. Seared Scallops, Apple Sauce, Pickled Capers & Sultanas. Roasted Wild Sea Bass, Sauteed Mange Tout, Oriental Sauce and to finish off a collection of mini Desserts created by Michelin Star experienced chef Daniel Clarke which included Banoffee Martini, White Chocolate & Apricot Mousse and our famous Double Chocolate Brownie with home made Raspberry Sorbet.

All 75 guests were served by the Red team and then they danced the night away to “Alvin Stardust” and guests!!

Masterchef goes large!

The ultimate dining experience happened for 11 guests recently in Kingston Gorse, Rustington, West Sussex. The 11 local guests who bid for the evening of fine food, wine and service at a recent charity auction in aid of Worthing Churches Homeless Projects were given a night of gastronomic delights starting with “Seared Scallops with Apple Sauce, Pickled sultana’s and capers. This was washed down with a glass of Rayen Sauvignon Blanc. Main Course was Roasted Rump of Sussex Lamb, Dauphineoise potato and roasted Mediterranean vegetables and a light Rioja jus. This was matched with a glass of Hillstowe Shiraz which complimented the sweetness of the lamb.

The spectacular desert which Dan Clarke Masterchef of Great Britain is famous for was Vanilla panacotta, confit pineapple. Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce & home made chocolate brownie with rum and raisin ice cream.

After all that cooking we even did the washing up and had chance to join the guests for a glass of wine…!

Red anywhere is pleased to announce that Eastlands Estate near West Chiltington, West Sussex will become the handpicked venue choice for Red Anywhere Catering Company. This stunning venue which is set in 200 acres can be used for Corporate Days to include clay pigeon shooting, golf and archery and a host of other events can be arranged. Weddings are a big part of what Eastland’s has to offer. Red anywhere will be offering clients a wide range of menus including Hog Roasts, BBQ’s, Buffets, and also wedding breakfast menus. Red anywhere will also offer to corporate and private clients cocktail master classes, cookery demonstrations by Master Chef of Great Britain Dan Clarke and a wide range of private dining menus.

Wedding Open Weekend – If you would like to see Eastlands Estate for yourself then they are holding a wedding open weekend on 8th and 9th March and yes Red Anywhere will be there offering Canapés!

Wedding Fair – Catering for weddings

Dan had a great response from last weeks wedding fair in Worthing; being able to offer a completely bespoke service and tailor made drinks bar appealed to many couples.

Choosing the right catering company for your wedding is an important decision, we were happy to answer all questions and give unique ideas to help make peoples wedding day the memorable occasion that it deserves to be.
